Four Ways with Tarantella Tomato Passata

You’ve had tomato passata… but have you had Tarantella tomato passata?

Our tomatoes are being harvested right now in the Salerno region of Italy!

Unlike other passatas that might be made from pre -processed tomatoes, ours is always made from fresh tomatoes straight from the vine to the bottle within the day.

Wondering how you can use our fabulous tomato passata in YOUR recipes? Here are four of our favourite ideas.

Aubergine Parmigiano

This vegetarian treat is made with generous layers of our organic passata, plenty of yummy cheese and juicy aubergines. It also makes a great family dinner.

Homemade Pizzas

Our passata combined with tomato puree and Italian seasoning makes a delicious pizza sauce. Sprinkle with your favourite toppings and bake in the oven for a quick and tasty fakeaway.

Prawn Diablo

Try this twist on a Mexican classic – prawn diablo packed with chilli, garlic, and our tasty tomato passata.

Mediterranean Vegetable Puff Pastry Tarts

Roasted Mediterranean vegetables sit on a base of tomato passata and harissa paste for a tasty light lunch.
