What you'll need

300g spaghetti
150g kale
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 tbsp Tarantella Liquid Garlic
1 tsp Tarantella Liquid Basil
1 tsp Tarantella Liquid Chilli

How to make it

  1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 7 minutes, add in the kale and cook for a further 4 minutes, drain, reserving a little pasta water.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and pepper for 4-5 minutes, add the garlic, basil and chilli and cook for 1 minute.  Stir in the spaghetti and kale with a little pasta water.
  3. Drizzle over the remaining oil to serve

Cooks tip

User tagliatelle or other shapes of pasta instead of the spaghetti or swap the kale for Cavolo Nero.
