What you'll need
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 tbsp Tarantella Liquid Garlic
1 tsp Tarantella Liquid Basil
1 tsp Tarantella Liquid Chilli
How to make it
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 7 minutes, add in the kale and cook for a further 4 minutes, drain, reserving a little pasta water.
- Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and pepper for 4-5 minutes, add the garlic, basil and chilli and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the spaghetti and kale with a little pasta water.
- Drizzle over the remaining oil to serve
User tagliatelle or other shapes of pasta instead of the spaghetti or swap the kale for Cavolo Nero.
